Located in the heart of the Corbières, on the edge of the small wine-growing village of Montlaur—Val de Dagne, our prestigious guest houses await you. You will find all the local amenities on site: grocery store, post office, cellars, doctor.
Every Tuesday afternoon a small organic market is held at the foot of the church with aperitifs and music and every Thursday a brilliant pizza chef offers you fine and tasty pizzas to take away. Finally the little village restaurant

Free Wifi, DVD player, library, baby high chair, barbecue, tour guides, hospitality products; Cleaning (15€/h) and babysitting services are available.
— In High season the week (7 days) runs from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year shorts stays (from 4 nignts) are possible whatever the day of arrival.
- The beds are made upon your arrival.
— Internet access (wifi) is free.
— An optional cleaning service (15€/hour) and babysitting are available.
— A cleaning fee is applied per stay.
— A tourist tax is calculated/day/adult.
— A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required upon booking. This deposit remains acquired by the owner.
— Free cancellation excluding deposit up to 60 days before arrival on the premises.
- The balance of the rent is to be paid five weeks before entering the premises. Beyond the rental is canceled.
— Payments are made by distance selling. Please contact us if you wish to proceed with another means of payment.
— A security deposit of €700 plus €100 for the presence of an animal is requested. Without damage, it is returned after inventory
— Supplement €17/day) for the presence of an animal (well behaved). only one animal per stay
- Electricity (electric heating) is extra except June, July August and September after deduction of a flat rate of 60KW per week. (Statement of consumption at the EDF meter, current tariff).
